Delivery price

The delivery costs €4 (VAT inclusive). For all orders of €50 or more we offer free delivery to the selected address. The delivery is also free if you choose to pick up your order in one of our stores (Emporium and Galerija Emporium).

Your order can be delivered to the address you select or to the selected store – for store locations and working hours click here. Please keep in mind that delivery is always limited to the country (website) which you order from. You can expect your order at your address in Slovenia within 1-3 business days. On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays we do not ship orders.

When the order is ready, the GLS delivery service will send you an e-mail and an SMS notification that the package is ready and will be delivered the next business day. In the SMS notification you will also receive the package number, the link and the password for checking the delivery status, change the delivery date, or forward the package to another address, to a Parcel Locker or a Parcel Shop. Direct delivery to a Parcel Locker or a Parcel Shop is not possible. You can check the delivery status of your order on the GLS website, by calling (+386) 1 500 11 50 or sending an e-mail to info@gls-slovenia.com. Also, you will receive an e-mail with more information about your order, for example, the amount of money you need to pay at delivery (if you have chosen to pay by cash or card on delivery).

Delivery to a GLS Parcel Locker or a Parcel Shop

You can also pick up the order in a GLS Parcel Locker or a GLS Parcel Shop. The delivery service GLS will send you an SMS notification that the package is ready and will be delivered the next business day. In the same message you will also receive the package number, the link, and the password for checking the delivery status, change the delivery date or forward the package to another address, to a GLS Parcel Locker or a GLS Parcel Shop. Direct delivery to a GLS Parcel Locker

You can choose direct delivery to a GLS Parcel Locker. Direct delivery to a GLS Parcel Locker costs €4 incl. VAT.

Same day delivery to a GLS Parcel Locker

For selected items from our offer that are marked in the shopping bag we offer same day delivery to a GLS Parcel Locker. This service is available from Monday to Friday, but only if you place your order before 12 PM, and only applies to certain GLS Parcel Lockers in Ljubljana, Kranj, Celje, Koper and Novo mesto. Orders placed after 12 PM will be delivered to the GLS Parcel Locker the next day. The price for same day delivery to a GLS Parcel Locker is €2.7 incl. VAT.
